The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading Food & Beverage operations, with strong capabilities in driving business performance, managing end-to-end operations, and ensuring excellence in service, product quality, and team leadership. This role is responsible for overseeing overall F&B performance, developing teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry is preferred
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
- Wiling to relocate to Bandung
