Deskripsi pekerjaan F&B Cost Control Sari Tirta Group
- Monitor and analyze operational costs across departments
- Review purchasing, inventory, and usage records to ensure cost efficiency
- Calculate and monitor product costing, including food & beverage items when needed
- Conduct stock opname and inventory reconciliation regularly
- Ensure all cost-related data and documentation are updated accurately
- Identify wastage, inefficiencies, and potential cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in Cost Control, Inventory Control, Purchasing in hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel/Sheets
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling reports and data
