As the External Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, local community communication relations, and regulatory bodies. Your primary focus will be to advocate for policies that support the growth of the renewable energy industry and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
• Female, Min. 30 years old.
• Bachelors degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR and external relations, public affairs, or a similar role, preferably within the renewable energy or related industries.
• Strong network and established relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Preferably having experience of the renewable energy sector and related regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence policy and navigate complex regulatory environments.
• In-depth understanding of CSR and external compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies and regulations.
• Preferred candidates who live in Central Sulawesi.
• Willing to work at site PT Mulia Pacific Resources (Central Omega Resources, TBK Subsidiary) in North Morowali , Center Sulawesi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze governmental policies and regulations related to the renewable energy sector. Develop and implement strategies to influence policy decisions and promote favorable regulatory environments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings to government officials and stakeholders to communicate the companys position on key issues.
• Ensure the companys projects and initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards. Liaise with government bodies to address any regulatory concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and public affairs, to align government relations strategies with overall business goals.
• Organize and participate in meetings, conferences, and events to represent the company and advocate for its interests.
• Identify and address potential regulatory or policy-related issues that could impact the companys operations. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on government relations. activities, policy developments, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
• Authoritative, honest, thorough, firm, considerate and wise in acting.
