PT Cahaya Poles Mulia is a leading manufacturer of buffing wheels and polishing compounds, specifically designed for metal and wood surfaces. Our products consist of six different material types that can be applied to various surfaces, producing different finishing results.

For many years, we have developed equipment to identify the most suitable metal finishing solutions based on our customers’ needs at competitive prices. We are supported by our Quality Control team, which consistently ensures the stability and quality of our products.

Currently, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Export.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Documentation, Export-Import, Logistics, or related fields
2. Strong understanding of export procedures and shipping documentation
3. Familiar with commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, Bill of Lading, PEB, and other export documents
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
7. Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage export documentation accurately and timely
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and related parties
3. Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements
4. Monitor export shipments and maintain documentation records
5. Handle export payment documents and support export administration processes
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth export operations
