Qualifications
- Maximum 27 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in the export industry or EMKL (Freight Forwarding) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Job Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and other related parties.
- Prepare and manage export shipping documents accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure all export processes comply with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of export activities.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers, and managing export operations from shipment coordination to documentation. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, is eager to learn, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in export, logistics, or EMKL is an advantage.
