Export Sales Administrator
Job Description:
- Handle export sales administration and documentation
- Prepare and manage export documents (Invoice, Packing List, PO, Bill of Lading/AWB, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and related parties
- Monitor export order progress and shipment schedules
- Communicate with overseas customers regarding orders and documentation
- Maintain accurate sales and export records
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Export Admin / Sales Admin (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of export sales processes and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
