Job Description
- Establish and implement end-to-end import/export SOPs from scratch
- Lead the setup of EXIM workflows, documentation standards, and compliance processes
- Identify and onboard reliable freight forwarders, customs brokers (PPJK), and logistics partners
- Develop a cost-efficient import strategy (duties, shipping modes, consolidation, etc.)
- Work closely with global teams to align international shipping processes and timelines
- Set up HS Code mapping and product classification database for all SKUs
- Initiate and manage import licensing requirements (API, NIB, BPOM if applicable)
- Build internal coordination flow between procurement, finance, tax, warehouse / operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up export import / logistic processes from zero or being part of new entity setup / new market entry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory setup in Indonesia (not only operational execution)
- Experience creating SOP, vendor frameworks, cost structures and reporting systems
- Requires strong coordination with international stakeholders and local authorities
