1. Create purchase POs for suppliers and ensure the details are in accordance with the needs.
2. Receive PI or Confirmation orders from suppliers and ensure the details are in accordance with the PO.
3. Ensure that suppliers send complete and correct shipping documents so that the customs clearance process can run smoothly in accordance with applicable procedures.
4. Checking the HS Code of imported goods in accordance with the classification of goods.
5. Take care of legal import documents for commodities that are subject to certain restrictions, for example: L/S, SNI.
6. Arrange import verification schedule for certain commodities in VPTI KSO application until L/S (Surveyor's Report) is issued.
7. Inputting PIB in the Ceisa 4.0 program.
8. Understand the regulations and flow of import clearance at Customs starting from making PIB, Green Line, Red Line to SPPB.
9. Ensure the delivery of goods from the Port to the warehouse runs according to procedures and arrives according to the delivery schedule.
10. Create import realization reports in the Inatrade application.
11. Create quarterly LKPM reports on the OSS application.
12. Make a weekly PIB payment plan.
13. Negotiating customs clearance and trucking prices with forwarders.
14. Coordinate and communicate well with related departments both internal and external.
15. Filing all documents carefully and neatly.
