Job Descriptions:
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods between country and other countries.
- Communicate with Principle.
- Responsible in monitoring all export import activities (exp. BL, LC, COO, etc), licensing, follow up shipment transit, deal with forwarder & customs, follow up payment of import tax & insurance.
- Ensure compliances with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Customs clearance process.
- Accelerate the flow of traffic including customs documentation and export import transport.
- Monitoring import activities
- Custom regulations & company policies compliance with daily activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: customs, shipment, licensing, forwarder, insurance, communication, export import, documentation, government regulations
- Proficiency in English both written and communication.
- Have knowledge of Export, Import procedures
- Understand customs regulations (specially in masterlist and incoterms)
- Understand Masterlist submission (coordinating with BKPM, custom, tax )
- Experience with Purchasing/Procurement Proses International and Local
- Good communicator, with good analytical and problem solving skills
