About the role
Manage administration and documentation of the company's export and import activities. Prepare and verify export-import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, PEB, PIB, and related documents. Coordinate with Customs, PPJK, freight forwarder, shipping line, and other relevant parties. Ensure goods clearance processes run according to schedule and applicable regulations. Monitor shipments from booking through to goods receipt. Ensure document completeness and accuracy to support customs clearance processes. Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, Production, and relevant parties regarding export-import needs. Monitor costs and documents related to export-import activities. Ensure all export-import activities comply with company regulations and procedures. Prepare periodic reports on export and import activities.
Key responsibilities

About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably from Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Export Import / Logistics / Customs
- Understanding of export-import processes and documentation
- Understanding of basic customs and customs clearance procedures
- Familiarity with PEB, PIB, HS Code, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, and other export-import documents
- Able to communicate and coordinate with PPJK, forwarder, shipping line, and customs
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented, strong administrative capabilities, responsible, and able to work with deadlines
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Willing to be placed at KIT Batang, Central Java
