General Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or more, preferably in Transportation/Logistics Management.
- Experienced working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (min. 2 years).
- Understanding of forwarding/logistics documents, process and flow.
- Able to operate CEISA 4.0
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Effective communication and service mind.
- Discipline, responsible, reliable, high initiative, and able to work in team.
- High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
- Learn new things and develop yourself as the company grows.
