Role Overview: We are a recruitment partner supporting a client in the heavy machinery tyre industry, serving sectors such as construction and industrial operations. We are looking for an Export-Import Specialist to manage import and export operations, including documentation, customs coordination, and shipment monitoring. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of export regulations and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations. The position is based in Mega Kuningan.
Job Requirement:
• Fluent in Indonesia & English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proven experience in an import/export, customs, or international logistic
• Strong understanding of export regulations and procedure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Job Responbilities:
• Manage import/export operations, documentation, and customs coordination
• Monitor shipments and order status to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
