EXPORT IMPORT SPECIALIST

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Export Import Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our global trade initiatives and ensuring seamless import and export processes. The Export Import Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of international trade operations, including but not limited to processing import and export documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations. This role involves liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will also be involved in preparing and reviewing export documents, managing trade compliance, and maintaining accurate records of all import and export activities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in import and export operations is required in manufacture industry especially FMCG
Proficiency in Trade Compliance, Import and Export Logistics, Import and Export Declaration, and International Trade Settlement is essential.
Familiarity with Export Documents and Import Export procedures is a must (BL, HS-CODE, BC , CEISA, INATRADE, INSW, etc)
