We are currently hiring Export Import Officer
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experienced working at Forwarding or Logistic company
- Minimal 2 years experiences for this position
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Understand export import documents and licenses
- Understand PEB & PIB
- Proficient in PPJK (have certificate will be an advantage)
- Good communicator, analytical skill and problem solving
- Good administration skills and attention to detail
- Have experience as admin or finance operation in freight forwarding company is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in monitoring all export import activities (BL, CIPL, COO, insurance)
- Follow up shipment with customers, agents & customs
- Processing custom clearance
- Communication and correspondence with internal department, shipping line and customs officer.
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods via sea, air and road
- Coordinate with finance for operational payment and create payment requests
