Deskripsi pekerjaan EXPORT IMPORT OFFICER MANDARIN (BISA MANDARIN LANGSUNG CHAT) JPA Recruitment

Requirements:

* Minimal S1 / Bachelor Degree

* Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Export Import / Customs Clearance / Cross-Border Logistics

* Wajib lancar berbahasa Mandarin

* Memahami proses export & import, customs clearance, booking, container arrangement, cargo tracking dan delivery

* Menguasai Microsoft Office

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, problem solving, learning ability dan teamwork yang baik

* Bertanggung jawab dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

Job Responsibilities:

* Mengelola proses export & import, termasuk booking, pengaturan container, customs clearance dan pengiriman.

* Memantau status dan pergerakan cargo hingga proses delivery selesai.

* Berkoordinasi dengan customer, supplier, forwarder, warehouse, customs dan internal team.

* Menangani kebutuhan customer dan menyelesaikan kendala operasional.

* Memastikan seluruh proses export & import berjalan sesuai prosedur dan jadwal.

💰 Salary: Maksimal Rp18 juta, disesuaikan dengan pengalaman & kemampuan.

⏰ Working Hours: 09.00–17.30

📅 5 hari kerja / 2 hari libur
