PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an EXIM Manager (Export–Import), responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s export and import activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, international trade policies, and factory operational requirements.。
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee all export and import operations in accordance with schedules and applicable regulations
• Lead and supervise the EXIM team to ensure efficient and compliant export–import operations
• Plan, control, and optimize export–import processes to support factory production and supply chain operations
• Oversee the preparation and review of export–import documentation
(commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, PIB/PEB, and other supporting documents)
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade regulations
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and related external parties
• Monitor shipment status, customs clearance progress, and delivery schedules until goods are received
• Manage HS code classification, import duties, and export–import tax calculations
• Control and verify export–import operational costs and related payment documents
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, Finance, and Procurement departments
• Monitor EXIM operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management
• Handle issues related to customs clearance, shipment delays, and trade compliance matters
• Ensure all EXIM activities comply with company SOPs and international trade standards
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Logistics, International Trade, Management, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in Export–Import (EXIM)
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong understanding of customs procedures, customs clearance, and international trade regulations
• Experienced in handling EXIM documentation and coordinating with forwarders and customs brokers
• Strong knowledge of HS codes, import duties, and export–import taxes
• Familiar with ERP systems and EXIM systems
• Possess Customs (Kepabeanan) or Export–Import related certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
