Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma's degree in any major.
- Experienced in the same position at least 2-3 years.
- Understanding with Bonded Zone procedures.
- English (required), Chinese (highly advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and high attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Prepare, checking and verify custom document (export, import, and local) & IT inventory.
- Coordinate end-to-end import operations for raw materials/machinery and export operations for finished goods to meet production schedules.
- Secure specific manufacturing export/import licenses and permits from government bodies like Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai), the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Industry (e.g., SilNas, Surveyor Reports/LS, Import Approvals/PI).
- Coordinate with custom office on the field.
