Export / Import Document Specialist

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Background

- At least 2 year of experience in a similar EXIM role in the seafood industry

- Strong knowledge of export-import documents (PEB, PIB, LC, COO, PI TPT etc.)

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a must)

- Familiar with coordination with forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities (Customs, Quarantine, etc.)

- Expert in Ms. Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage export-import documentation

- Coordinate with shipping partners and government agencies

- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance

- Stay updated with regulations related to international trade
