Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Handle end-to-end export and import documentation processes to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
- Customs Compliance: Review and verify all shipping documents in accordance with Indonesian customs regulations (PIB/PEB) to prevent delays or penalties.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison between internal teams, customers, and third-party agents to align shipment schedules and requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve documentation discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments and utilize digital tools to track progress and generate reports on compliance and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of EXIM experience
- Experienced in handling PIB/PEB and shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and detail-oriented
- Intermediate English
- Willing to work onsite in Surabaya
