Deskripsi pekerjaan Experienced Development Trainer Junior to Middle Level Position PT. Intrias Mandiri Sejati
Requirements:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the smartphone industry.
- Strong analytical, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in delivering training programs with proven success.
- Proficient in managing training sessions, both in classrooms and in-store.
- Ability to conduct pre- and post-training evaluations.
- Understanding of technical and soft skills training, including SOPs.
- Able to work under pressure, motivate team members, and collaborate effectively.
- Leadership skills, self-motivation, and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create weekly presentations.
Job Description:
- Conduct training for the sales team to boost productivity.
- Develop and adapt training programs to support sales goals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ensure training materials are current and accessible (materials provided by Head Office).
- Work with trainers to identify and address training needs.
- Maintain training equipment.
- Assist regional teams with training logistics.
- Provide reports as needed.
- Travel for business as required.
