Deskripsi pekerjaan EXIM Staf PT Mamagreen Pacific

PT Mamagreen Pacific, perusahaan manufaktur furniture ekspor yang berlokasi di Semarang, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional muda yang kompeten dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung sebagai: EXIM STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengelola seluruh proses ekspor dan impor, termasuk dokumentasi dan perizinan

• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak pelayaran, bea cukai, ekspedisi, dan pihak internal (sales,
finance, produksi, gudang, dll.)

• Menyiapkan dokumen pengapalan (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, dll.)

• Memastikan proses clearance barang berjalan lancar dan sesuai jadwal

• Mengupdate status pengiriman barang kepada pelanggan atau pihak terkait

• Mengurus perizinan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan ekspor-impor (PIB, PEB, NPE, dll.)

• Memastikan seluruh kegiatan ekspor-impor sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku
(peraturan bea cukai, Kemendag, dll.)

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1

• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama

• Memahami prosedur dan dokumen ekspor-impor

• Menguasai bahasa Inggris aktif, baik lisan maupun tulisan

• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan software perkantoran (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Teliti, komunikatif, mampu memecahkan masalah, dan mampu bekerja secara tim
maupun individu
