Job Deskripsi
- Assurance shipment Sea/Air Freight proceed smoothly in timely manner.
- Good communication with customer, overseas agent, carrier/airlines and co-leader to handle import/export shipments punctual.
- Maintain all approval to agent once receive shipment instruction for approval Export/Import Nomination.
- Maintain all preparation document for Export/Import and willing to issued documents final released
- Liaise with Customs Manifest and Customs regulation system.
- Assurance correct payment terms under Incoterms.
- Good coordinator with Field Operation staff for custom clearance and Trucking staff to monitor cargo deliver until safe arrive at destination or customer’s factory.
- Close communication with sales team to obtain shipment under correct instruction and comply with quotation.
- Maintain all communication to get update status of shipment and coordinate with Billing staff to make sure correct invoicing.
