Job Description
• Attending and taking minutes of meetings.
• Assist in controlling monitoring and completion of tasks or projects delegated from Managers, and the Board of directors.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
• Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
• Handle information requests.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Manage spreadsheets. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Coordinate’s office management activities.
• Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
• Prepare agenda for meetings.
• Helps prepare office budget.
• Maintain office procedures.
• Support and facilitate the completion of projects, tasks and responsibilities.
• Implementing the decisions of management.
• Keeping track of project timelines.
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
