Deskripsi pekerjaan Executive Secretary cum Office Manager Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited
- Provide administrative support to CEO, including the coordination and organization of CEO and internal team schedules
- Provide logistics and executive support for internal and external business meetings, and company events (e.g. board meetings, annual general meeting, company lunches, etc.)
- Responsible for the general day-to-day office administration of the company
- Supervise a team comprising admin staff supporting front desk duties, such as answer and direct phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail and delivers, office document couriers, etc.
- Oversee business visa/travel and hotel bookings, office equipment and archival storage, office cleaning and inventory of office pantry and stationery supplies
- Assist with Corporate Real Estate matters and manage renewal of lease, delivery of office maintenance and handle any office moves or renovations
- Maintain good relationships and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
- Maintain and improve administrative processes that would support time and cost-efficiencies
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
- Need to liaise and coordinate with Chinese stakeholders. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
