Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other channels
- Consult clients regarding PT setup, including PMA and local company establishment, as well as KITAS options
- Present our services, pricing, and process clearly and professionally
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into paying clients
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals
- Update CRM and track leads, pipeline, and conversions
- Maintain good client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell additional services
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1–3 years of sales experience; experience in legal, visa, property, or consulting services is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented, responsive, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of PT setup and KITAS is a plus, or willing to learn quickly
