As our business expands across restaurants, catering, and cloud kitchen operations, we are seeking a driven Executive Purchasing & Distribution Officer to join our team.
This role oversees supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement, and distribution across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is commercially focused, proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal quality, pricing, and service terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and vendors.
- Manage supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and purchasing terms.
- Ensure timely procurement and distribution of products, ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory needs and coordinate purchasing to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Review supplier quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support procurement requirements for restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering operations, and future business growth.
- Collaborate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Venue Managers to meet purchasing needs.
- Track market trends, product availability, and pricing changes.
- Respond promptly to urgent purchasing requests and operational requirements.
- Prepare purchasing reports, supplier performance reviews, and cost analyses.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, catering, retail, or multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
- Proven ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable supplier agreements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to operational demands.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or inventory management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for supplier visits as needed.
