We represent our client, a premier padel facility dedicated to providing high-quality sports and recreational experiences in a safe, comfortable, and professionally managed environment. The company is expanding its operations through the development of additional facilities in strategic locations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, and community members to generate business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and project plans from concept to implementation
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to strengthen brand awareness
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
- Build partnerships and explore new business opportunities to generate revenue
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects and events
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to business growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or related roles
- Experience in Sports, Hospitality, or Event industries is preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative tools
- Able to manage projects from planning to execution
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and business development
