Job Description :
Responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to Guest Rooms, Restaurant and Public Area.
Supervise Housekeeping team and maintain cleanliness all sections of the hotel.
Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
Review the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), make adjustments and ensure compliance in the following SOP in the relevant business unit.
Managing budget related to housekeeping.
Ensure that all programs related to housekeeping run according to the schedule and standards
Standardize all related reports in business units and carry out analysis.
Standardize the housekeeping training.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Business/Marketing
Minimum 3 years Hotel experience with proven hotel management.
Fluent in English.
Strong Leadership skills.
Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Problem solving ability and capability to manage unexpected situations.
Results and service-oriented with an eye for details
