You will drive sales & Marketing roles, develop client relationships, personal assistance to Directors level and identify new business opportunities with a hybrid working style that emphasizes time management. The target market would be in government institutions, military, police, private sectors both financial & non financial, energy & mineral, etx.
This role is crucial within our organization and requires a mature, professional approach with minimal supervision. You will report directly to the Director.
Requirements :
- Female min age 24 max 35 years old
- Familiar with documentation for business proposal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Previous experience in account management or sales role is a plus
- Ability to handle dan strategies the social media accounts in order to upselling
- Digital marketing Skill is plus
- Be able to work under pressure with target minded (KPI)
