JOB VACANCY – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Lawgika is currently seeking a professional candidate to join our team as an Executive Assistant, who will support the Director and Commissioner in administrative matters, internal operations, business coordination, and communication with external parties.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director and Commissioner in daily work activities.
• Manage meeting schedules, work agendas, and appointments with clients, vendors, partners, and other external parties.
• Prepare documents, meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist in internal coordination related to employees, SOPs, company documents, and office operational needs.
• Assist in following up with sales prospects and coordinating with prospective clients when required.
• Assist in sourcing, comparing, and communicating with vendors according to the company’s needs.
• Assist in basic checking of invoices, payments, accounting, tax, and supporting documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information, documents, and communications.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director and Commissioner.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation.
• Strong administrative, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, agile, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to manage work priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
• Professional appearance, high initiative, and able to work independently.
