About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling administrative matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, able to handle confidential information, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and related logistics.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Support administrative and coordination tasks related to executive activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly dependable.
