Job Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
Assisting with itinerary/schedule planning
Reminding the team of priorities and key matter checkpoints
Experience in client reception/hospitality
Assisting in liaising with departments such as Komdigi and PBESI
Good work habits and basic work skills
Requirements
Overseas study background
Proficient in English
3+ years of experience in a well-known company, 5 years preferred
Experience as a CEO assistant is preferred
Familiarity with Komdigi's workflow is preferred
