Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide Director with full administrative and secretarial support
- Plan and coordinate Managing Director’s schedule
- Handles daily operations, such as document preparation for meetings, making travel reservations, managing expenses, etc.
- Organise and keep up with other office systems and process, such as filing, etc.
- Represent our company positively by serving as the initial point of contact for relevant communication between director and external parties
- Document preparation for meetings
- Booking of travel arrangements
- To assist with personal errands/assignments for Managing Director as and when required.
- Other additional ad-hoc duties as necessary
