Executive Assistant to Founder – Premium Car Wash Venture

About Us
We are launching a premium, sustainability-focused car wash and detailing brand in Indonesia. It is backed by an established automotive care distribution group that works with leading international brands. Our first outlets will open in shopping mall car parks, and we plan to grow into a nationwide and regional chain.
We are at the starting line, and this is a chance to help build a company from day one.
The Role
You will be the founder’s right hand. You will turn ideas into plans, plans into action, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a traditional secretary role. You’ll handle executive support, but you will also do research, analysis and project management that directly speeds up the business launch.
What You’ll Do
Drive the car wash project timeline: track milestones, follow up with contractors, landlords, suppliers and partners, and keep every workstream moving
Research the Indonesian car wash and detailing market, including competitors, pricing, customer behavior, locations and trends, and turn your findings into clear, actionable summaries
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and meeting materials for partners, mall operators and investors
Coordinate company setup and licensing tasks with consultants, notaries and government channels
Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, correspondence and priorities across several businesses
Take meeting notes, record decisions and action items, and make sure they get done
Find new opportunities, partners, suppliers and ideas that can help the company grow
Support other ventures in the group as the business expands
What We’re Looking For
3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Business Associate, Project Coordinator or similar, preferably in a startup or a fast-growing company
Experience in a startup or new business launch
Strong research and analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and with writing clear reports
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
An owner mindset: you take responsibility for results, not just tasks
Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Eager to learn, curious and proactive, with ideas you bring to the table before anyone asks
Willing to go the extra mile when the business needs it
Interest in automotive, retail, F&B or franchise businesses is a strong plus
Experience with licensing (OSS, KBLI) or company setup is a plus
