Deskripsi pekerjaan Executive Assistant to Directors (FEMALE ONLY) Bali Loca Villa Group
We are urgently looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Directors of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Female, Residence near Uluwatu (or willing to commute to Bingin area 6 days a week).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
- Experience in hospitality, villa management, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Directors' calendars, appointments, meetings arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchasing requirements, quotations, orders, and deliveries to support company operations.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the Directors.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Assist in managing confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Organize business meetings, events, and company-related activities.
- Support the Directors with administrative, operational, and personal business matters as required.
- Monitor and track ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews when staffing needs arise.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure employee roster and attendance records are accurately prepared for payroll purposes.
