Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related field (minimum GPA 3.20, top universities preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or organizational experience is a plus.
- Passionate about marketing, branding, and business growth.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and productivity tools (Notion is a plus).
- Willing to work hybrid with flexibility for urgent or after-hours needs.
Job Description
- Support the CEO in managing daily priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, business presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, and maintain organized documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc business and occasional personal support as required.
