We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Executive to provide day-to-day operational and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling coordination
- Handle email management and professional correspondence
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized databases
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Communication & Coordination
- Draft, edit, and respond to professional emails in English
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and verbal)
- Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across internal teams
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Manage reminders and ensure deadlines are met
Technical & System Management
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Manage files and collaborate using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Coordinate and manage virtual meetings via Zoom and Google Meet
