Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing padel and tennis tournaments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations on-ground.
- Handle event-related documentation, scheduling, participant data management, and daily administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Actively manage on-ground logistics, court setups, equipment handling, and swift coordination during live events as a reliable operational runner.
- Assist in coordinating, communicating, and managing relations with event sponsors and partners to ensure mutual deliverables are met.
- Work closely with the operations, court, and management teams to maintain high standards of event execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly candidates with a proven track record of strong organizational or committee experience during university or school.
- Able to speak English
- Willing and able to commute between our various facilities/locations as required.
- Previous experience in handling sports events or tournaments will be a plus point.
- Have a solid understanding, passion, and genuine interest in sports, specifically Padel and Tennis (rules, community, and tournament structures) is a plus.
- Quick, alert, and adaptable. Able to think on their feet and handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
