We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Freelance SPGs to join our team. As a Freelance SPG, you will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, providing accurate product information, and supporting sales activities during events, exhibitions, roadshows, and retail activations. You will play a key role in creating a positive brand experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales performance.
Job Specifications
- Previous experience as an SPG/SPB, event crew, or in other customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and interact effectively with customers.
- Friendly, proactive, and possesses excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work on a freelance basis according to assigned schedules and locations.
- Demonstrates a high level of commitment, discipline, and responsibility in carrying out assigned duties.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during events.
- Available to work on weekends, public holidays, or during event schedules as required.
