We are looking for a creative, energetic, and good-looking Event Planning & Execution Specialist to organize memorable online and offline events that strengthen our brand and community. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate, promotional, and community events.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, venues, and schedules.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and operations teams.
- Oversee on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
- Generate innovative event ideas to increase brand engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Good-looking, confident, and professional presentation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends when events require.
- Previous event management experience is preferred.
