Are you someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life on the ground? We're looking for an Event Specialist to plan and execute events that connect our gaming community — from community meetups to large-scale brand activations.
What You'll Own
(1) End-to-end planning and execution of offline/online events, activations & tournaments
(2) Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and on-site logistics management
(3) Coordinating with marketing, design, and KOL teams for event content and promotion
(4) Budget planning and tracking for events
(5) On-ground problem-solving and crowd/community management during events
(6) Post-event reporting and evaluation for continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Experience in event planning/coordination, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
- Good vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working on-site, including weekends/evenings when events require it
- Fluent working English is a plus
