1. Prepare all Event & Exhibition equipment, supervise event preparation, and make event reports.
2. Responsible for promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, billboards, etc.).
3. Strengthening brand identity through various promotional media
4. Managing staff members who work at the event to ensure that they are performing their duties properly and efficiently
5. Establishing a budget for the event and staying within the limits of that budget
6. Design and create event and activation strategy to support company's objectives
7. Plan marketing events from end-to-end according to requirements, target audience and objectives
8. Develop and propose the required budget and manage its efficient spending
9. Source, negotiate, and build relationship with vendors and suppliers
10. Ensure that events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
11. Come up with new ideas and suggestions to enhance succeeding events
1. Must have at least 1 (one) year experience in Marketing Promotion & Event, Event Organize, Public Relations, and Marketing Communication.
2. Possesses consumer-oriented mindset
3. Good negotiation skills with preferred established network among vendors
4. Strong project management skills and proven ability to run multiple events
5. Active, detail oriented and hard worker
