About the Company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company originally operated as a visual equipment rental provider, supplying LED screens and visual systems for concerts, live events, and large-scale productions.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves managing event preparations, coordinating on-site operations, handling project documentation, and ensuring successful event execution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and coordinate event preparations from planning through execution.
- Conduct equipment checks and ensure all event materials are prepared and ready for deployment.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Supervise on-site event operations and ensure activities run according to schedule.
- Prepare event reports, project documentation, and post-event evaluations.
- Create quotations and other project-related documents.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development activities and identify potential sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in event management, event operations, audiovisual, exhibition, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in preparing reports and quotations.
- Sales or client management skills will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours when required for event preparation and execution.
