Deskripsi pekerjaan Event Production Coinfest Asia
We are looking for a full-time Event Production & Operations professional to join Coinfest Asia. This role will own the end-to-end production and operational requirements across Coinfest Asia's events, from planning and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and operate LED display content during the event, ensuring real-time updates and accurate information are shown throughout the venue.
- Plan, coordinate, and run the Treasure Hunt activity end-to-end, from route and clue setup to on-ground execution and participant management.
- Sync LED display content with Treasure Hunt progress and activity milestones to create a connected experience for attendees.
- Coordinate and execute event activations from partnership agreements, ensuring each activation runs smoothly and meets partner expectations.
- Liaise with partners, vendors, and internal teams during pre-event preparation and on-site execution.
- Monitor activation areas and troubleshoot issues in real time during the event.
- Prepare post-event documentation and reports related to activations and experiences handled.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in Event Production, Event Operations, Production Management, MICE, Exhibition, Experiential/BTL, or related fields.
- Proven experience handling large-scale events, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, or brand activations.
- Strong experience in vendor management, production planning, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and tight deadlines.
