We are the World's Web3 and crypto festival, bringing together builders, investors, and the crypto community across the region. Currently, we are looking for someone who ready to working with us. In this position you will work with the event team and become the brain of event's production and procurement. So we need you to be detail oriented, comfortable working with data, spreadsheet, dashboard, and also handling on-site event experience. This is more details about the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle procurement of event production items and materials. Including sourcing, pricing, and confirming specs against requirements.
- Track orders end-to-end: from PO issuance to delivery, verifying quantity, quality, and condition of goods.
- Coordinate with production vendors and field/technical teams to ensure installed items match the approved design and spec.
- Run on-site quality checks during setup/installation to confirm everything is installed correctly.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking POs, vendor quotations, delivery timelines, and inventory.
- Flag and resolve procurement or logistics issues early, before they become on-site problems.
- Support production admin documentation (budgets, timelines, vendor agreements) across event cycles.
QUALIFICATION
- 1+ years of experience in event production and/or procurement is a MUST, with strong backoffice/admin exposure.
- Comfortable working with systems/tools to track orders, inventory, and timelines (spreadsheets or similar).
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple vendors and POs at once without dropping details.
- Has hands-on field/on-site event experience.
- Able to communicate in English, spoken and written.
- Familiar with using AI tools in daily work is a plus.
- Willing to be based on-site at Blok M and travel to event sites when needed.
