EVENT PLANNER - CREATIVE ACTIVATION & EVENTS

PT Sahabat Dua Muda is looking for an Event Planner to join our client, a dynamic company specializing in marketing, advertising, and culture-led experiences, with a strong focus on the wellness, lifestyle, and community sectors.

In this role, you’ll help develop and execute impactful events, creative activations, and experiential campaigns that connect brands with audiences through meaningful real-world experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in event planning, event management, experiential marketing, brand activation, or related fields.
• Proven experience planning and executing events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns.
• Good understanding of event production, audience experience, and brand activation.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to translate creative ideas into practical, well-structured event plans.
• Passionate about sports, lifestyle, culture, communities, and real-world experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop event concepts, activation ideas, and audience experiences aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan event formats, programs, participant journeys, and brand touchpoints.
• Turn creative concepts into structured event plans, proposals, timelines, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, partnership, content, and vendor teams.
• Manage event timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements from planning through execution.
• Support the execution of sports events, brand activations, communities, and experiential campaigns.
