Job Description
- Build and manage partnerships with partners (barbershops, communities, brands)
- Plan and execute events/activations
- Manage product activations and sales at Captain Barbershop
- Develop product training programs for barbers/staff
- Create and implement sales incentive programs across branches
- Monitor sales performance and partnership activities
