Event Partnership Internship

As an Event Partnership Intern, you’ll work remotely (hybrid) while supporting exciting collaborations. Your main responsibility is to manage partner communication, build strong relationships, and help ensure every event runs smoothly.

Job Requirements :

• S1/currently pursuing in management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relation or a related field. (fresh graduates are welcome or < 1 y experience)
• Basic knowledge of events, partnerships, or marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions :

1. Research and identify potential partners (brands, communities, media)
2. Reach out and follow up with partners via email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn
3. Support in preparing partnership proposals
4. Help maintain relationships with existing partners
5. Update and track partnership progress
6. Manage partnership database (Google Sheets / Excel)
7. Assist in preparing simple agreements and documents
8. Support event and campaign execution (online/offline)
9. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
10. Create simple weekly reports and track basic KPIs
