We are looking for a freelance Event Operations Officer for 1 Day (29 September 2026)
For our event: Next-Level HR & Management Offline Bootcamp Class in Bali
Requirements:
- Currently residing in Bali
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, or final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to operate a laptop, projector, LCD, smartphone, microphones, speakers, and a simple sound system setup to support smooth training sessions and presentations
- Having experience in event coordination, logistical planning, and on-site support skills
- Having strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate, with the ability to engage with diverse participant groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
- Detail-oriented and a fast learner
- Willing to be on standby at the hotel one day before the event (H-1) to prepare technical arrangements.
- Preferably not currently employed.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the hotel PIC to ensure all training equipment is ready (sound system, projector, round table layout, etc.)
- Stand by at the hotel one day before the event (H-1) to prepare technical arrangements
- Welcome guests, distribute training kits, and ensure participants sign the attendance list
- Document the event using photos and videos via smartphone or camera
- Play the F Project video via laptop (coordinate with hotel for possible use of additional TV screen)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with hotel PIC
- Proactively handled tasks assigned by the team
