Deskripsi pekerjaan Event Operations Officer F Project

We are looking for a freelance Event Operations Officer for 2 Days (29-30 July 2026)

For Next-Level HR & Management Offline Bootcamp Class in Balikpapan

Requirements:

  • Currently residing in Balikpapan
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major or final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having experience in technical proficiency in operating laptop, projector, LCD, smartphone, microphones, speakers, and simple sound system setup, to support smooth training sessions and presentations
  • Having Experience in event coordination, logistical planning, and on-site support skill
  • Having strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Able to Eeffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse participant groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
  • Able to adapt to dynamic environments and work under time constraints
  • Detail-oriented and a fast learner
  • Willing to stand by at the hotel one day before the event (H-1) to prepare technical arrangements.

Job Description:

  1. Coordinating with hotel PIC to ensure all training equipment is ready (sound system, projector, round table layout, etc.)
  2. Stand by at the hotel one day before the event (H-1) to prepare technical arrangements.
  3. Welcoming guests, distribute training kits, and ensure participants sign the attendance list
  4. Documenting the event using photos and videos via smartphone or camera
  5. Playing the F Project video via laptop (coordinate with hotel for possible use of additional TV screen)
  6. Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with hotel PIC
  7. Proactively handled tasks assigned by the team
